As a philanthropist and visionary, Alina Gilmanova advocates for the development and popularization of Russian culture on the international stage.
She is the organizer of the Russian Consulate Christmas tree festival in Dubai with the support of the General Consulate of the Russian Federation in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Organizer of the "Matryoshka" Russian culture festival, held since 2014. Organizer of the March 8 celebration with the support of the General Consulate of the Russian Federation in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, as well as the organizer of social and charitable projects for the Russian-speaking community in the UAE.
Co-organizer of the tolerance summit, organized by Sheikh Al Nahyan, with the participation and performance of students from the AIST educational center.

In June 2023, Alina was honored to speak at the "Forum of Russian Schools Abroad: Teaching Russian Language in the Modern World, Preserving Language and Culture" as a speaker with the report "Interdisciplinary Integration in Teaching Russian Language".

Starting from the academic year 2023/2024 - Teacher of the new course for teenagers Edutainment club, aimed at preserving and instilling cognitive interest in the Russian language, through new technologies related to both education and entertainment (education + entertainment = edutainment). This course is aimed at developing cognitive abilities, leadership and entrepreneurial skills, where each teenager can discover themselves, improve monological speech skills and their self-esteem, gain invaluable experience, and the ability to choose their future university.
